Exchange & Return Policy
To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions below carefully.
Returns
You have 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it:
- in new or unused condition,
- in its original packaging,
- noting the reason for return
- within 30 days,
and we will gladly refund, exchange, or credit (less the original shipping and handling charges). No return parcels will be accepted freight collect or C.O.D.

Exchanges
If you would like to receive a replacement item quickly, simply enter a new order with your credit card. We will ship it and charge your card for the amount of the order plus shipping. We will credit your card when the return item is received.
Otherwise, please contact us using one of the methods below (click on Contact), explaining that you would like to exchange your order for another item. We will ship the new item when the return item is received.
Please make sure it is in new condition, unused, noting with returned item that this is an exchange.
Please note, if the problem is ours, i.e., the wrong item shipped, or merchandise is defective, please contact us by e-mail at sales@macabiskirt.com and we will notify you how to return the product. |
